Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@easyselections.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Attach the provided return shipping label to your package.
  5. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging should be intact when possible.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For exchanges, we'll ship the new item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label for a flat fee of $7.99, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product) will receive free return shipping.
