Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at returns@easyselections.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging if possible.
- Attach the provided return shipping label to your package.
- Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Original packaging should be intact when possible.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
- Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For exchanges, we'll ship the new item once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
- For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label for a flat fee of $7.99, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product) will receive free return shipping.
